Our management team is built of leaders in their fields, with years of experience in the new homes industry allowing them to shape and implement a superior business plan. This enables Fernham Homes to deliver a high-quality product that meets market needs, as well as give individual purchasers a home they are proud to own.


Having identified this unallocated Greenfield arable site, Fernham Homes made contact with the landowner and entered into an Option Agreement whilst immediately engaging and working with the Local Authority who didn’t have a demonstratable 5 year housing land supply, submitting a planning application and securing a resolution to grant Outline Planning Permission within 14 months for 45 homes.


Fernham Homes identified the potential in the redevelopment of this former Thames Water bore holes and pumping station site and secured the site via a competitive tender exchanging and completing the purchase within 1 month. Subsequently working alongside the Local Authority to secure Planning Permission for 35 new homes. Construction commenced in 2019 and the scheme is now nearing completion.

Linton Hill

Fernham Homes acquired this unique greenfield site with Planning Permission for 13 bespoke executive detached homes, each within approximately 0.2 acres. Fernham Homes identified this unique opportunity needed to be matched with a unique marketing approach, that’s why we developed Fernham Bespoke, a market leading offering for our customers to personalise the home they buy depending on which stage of the build process they buy at, ensure each home is unique to its owner.
