The Part-Exchange service is provided by Spring Operations Limited (“Spring”), an independent specialist home buying company.

Key Points

• Any offer to purchase your existing property will be made by Spring, not Fernham Homes.
• If you proceed with Part-Exchange, you will enter into a separate legal agreement directly with Spring.
• Spring will carry out valuations, surveys, and all aspects of the purchase of your existing property in accordance with their own terms and conditions.
• Fernham Homes is not a party to the sale contract between you and Spring for your existing property and accepts no responsibility for Spring’s service or decisions.
