Terms & Conditions

This incentive is available on all four-bedroom homes in Phase 1 at Sutton Valence only.
Homes must be reserved and legally completed in time for occupation by 31 July 2026.

The incentive includes selected window dressings supplied and installed by Nick Auston Interior Design.

The window dressing package includes:

• Full-length wave-headed curtains to the patio doors in kitchen/dining, sitting room and principal bedroom (or Roman blinds as an alternative to sitting room and principal bedroom only)
• Roman blinds to selected additional windows where appropriate
• Wall-mounted curtain tracks with stud end caps
• Interlined and lined finishes, with blackout lining to principal bedroom windows where applicable
• Roman blinds will be supplied outside recess, without pelmets, and include chain-driven headrails with metal chain.

Window dressings will be provided in a cotton linen fabric from a selected range of colours, with final options confirmed by Nick Auston Interior Design.

The exact specification, layout and design will be determined based on the standard window configuration of the purchased home and agreed during consultation.

This incentive is offered in addition to any specific incentive advertised on your selected home, provided the purchase proceeds at the full asking price.

The incentive forms part of the agreed purchase package. It is not intended to be combined with further negotiation, discounts or additional incentives beyond those already advertised by Fernham Homes.
