After a successful year of award-winning schemes and moving to a new head office, Fernham Homes is delighted to announce the appointment of Sean Ellis as Managing Director. Sean joins Fernham Homes after 18 years with The Berkeley Group, where he was an Executive Director for 11 years, bringing a wealth of valuable experience, industry knowledge and fresh ideas for Fernham Homes’ next phase of growth.

Over two decades of ground-breaking work for The Berkeley Group, Sean was Chairman of St James Group, Berkeley Homes Eastern Counties and St William, formerly a joint venture with National Grid. With such impressive experience within the industry, Sean will join Fernham Homes as Managing Director and Shareholder where he will sit on the Board of Directors and focus on delivering the business’ planned growth.

On his appointment, Sean comments:
