Where we are looking for land
Fernham Homes is actively seeking land opportunities within a 60-minute drive of our head office in West Malling, Kent.
When we commit to future sites, we invest heavily in those sites at the earliest available opportunity, to achieve and secure planning and deliver quality new homes.

What we are looking for
- Sites with planning permission with a minimum GDV of £10m
- Strategic land including Greenbelt sites
- Sites without planning permission
- Garden land in size of 0.4ha or greater
- Refurbishment schemes
- Brownfield sites
- Options, Joint Ventures, Conditional and Unconditional acquisitions
