In terms of our overall score, Fernham Homes has a Net Promoter Score of 88%*.  For reference, the average Net Promoter Score for the housebuilding industry is 44%.

PURCHASING A FERNHAM HOME

Every Fernham home is built to the highest standards. We combine the latest product design with traditional features, ensuring our homes are timeless yet contemporary. With our two year customer service support and a ten year build warranty, you have complete peace of mind.

We take every part of the process personally. From reservation to exchange of contracts, our sales team are on hand to answer any questions you may have. They have extensive experience in new build purchases and will guide you every step of the way. Following exchange of contracts, a member of customer services team will reach out to introduce themselves. They will then be your point of contact through to legal completion and throughout the warranty period.

The Fernham Homes personal approach isn’t only in the purchase process. Every Fernham home is inspected by either a member of the Senior Leadership Team or our Customer Service Manager prior to handover.

Each customer receives a call from our Customer Services Manager after two days and seven days post move in.

A Director calls each customer four weeks after move in and all customers receive an independent survey six weeks after legal completion.

All of our staff receive a copy of each customer’s survey results and receive regular updates on our performance.
