Throughout reservation and up until legal completion, our sales team are on hand to answer any questions you may have. They have extensive experience in new-build purchases and will guide you each step of the way. Following exchange, a member of our customer service team will reach out to introduce themselves. They will then be your point of contact through to legal completion and beyond.

Nearing legal completion, a member of the customer service team will meet you at your property and complete a home demonstration with you.
Your homeowner manual will provide you with all the information you need to know regarding guarantees and warranties for your new home.
