The reward for each property will vary depending on price.

• £500,001 to £700,000 – £3,000
• Over £700,001 – £5,000

There is no limit to the number of recommendations you can make, however you will only be rewarded as long as the purchaser goes on to complete on the property.

The ‘Recommend a Friend’ payment will be made to the referrer in return for a recommendation which subsequently reserves and legally completes on a Fernham home.

A referrer can only recommend the same referee once. Fernham Homes must be advised of the recommendation prior to any visit taking place to ensure that the person is not already known to us. The referrer and referee must be nominated and recorded no later than the point of reservation and cannot be changed. Recommendations cannot be made retrospectively.

The recommendation must come from an existing purchaser or tenant of a Fernham home and proof of address may be required. You may refer someone prior to legally completing on your own Fernham home, however the reward will not be payable until both you and your recommendation have legally completed on your respective Fernham homes.

A recommendation will only be deemed successful upon legal completion of the property purchase. The reward will be paid directly to the referrer on or after the date of legal completion and within 28 days of the referee legally completing on their new home.

Only one payment will be made per property purchase. Fernham Homes reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time. Personal data will be retained and processed in accordance with the preferences indicated on your reservation paperwork.
