The reward for each property will vary depending on price.

• Up to £350,000 – £500
• £350,001 – £500,000 – £1,500
• £500,001 to £700,000 – £3,000
• Over £700,001 – £5,000

There is no limit to the number of recommendations you can make, however you will only be rewarded as long as the purchaser goes on to complete on the property.

A referrer can only recommend the same referee once. The referrer and referee must be nominated and recorded no later than the point of reservation and cannot be changed. Recommendations cannot be made retrospectively. The recommendation must come from an existing purchaser or tenant of a Fernham home – proof of address will be required. You may refer someone prior to you legally completing on your own Fernham home, however the reward won’t be payable until both you and your recommendation legally complete. Fernham Homes must be advised of the recommendation prior to any visit taking place to ensure that the person is not already known to us. A recommendation will be deemed successful only upon completion of the property. The reward will be paid directly to the referrer on or after the date of legal completion.
