Winner of the Best Family Home category at the Evening Standard New Homes Award 2022 and receiving the In-House Gold award for customer service 2022.  Fernham Homes continues its successful year with the promotion of Chris Loughead from Development Director to Operations Director. Having joined the successful Kent-based housebuilder in 2020, Chris is a well-respected figure within Fernham Homes, and starts his new role with a decade of experience across the house building sector behind him.

Chris started his career in the housing industry as a Land Buyer for Barratt Homes. Following five years with Crest Eastern as Development Manager progressing to Development Director, he then joined Fernham Homes as Development Director where he has been responsible for land and planning and assisted the business with its growth plans and vision to be Kent’s housebuilder of choice. With his undisputable passion for creating premium homes alongside a wealth of expertise, Chris will build on Fernham Homes’ vision to become the housebuilder of choice in Kent.
