Fernham Homes Wins Outstanding Achievement Award for Customer Satisfaction and Gold Award For Fifth Consecutive Year

Fernham Homes is delighted to have received two new awards: the prestigious 2024 Outstanding Achievement Award and the 2024 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction in the housebuilding industry, by In-house Research.

The Outstanding Achievement Award is granted to companies achieving a Net Promoter Score of 70 or above, whilst the Gold Award is awarded for those receiving a recommendation score of 90% or higher.

This marks the first time we’ve received the Outstanding Achievement Award, a significant milestone as we celebrate our 25th year of building premium family homes and strive towards our vision of becoming the housebuilder of choice in Kent.

Out of the 95 developers working with In-house Research, Fernham Homes is among just thirteen housebuilders to earn this prestigious award. Moreover, we’re proud to celebrate our fifth consecutive year winning the Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction.

These awards, administered by In-house Research, the largest independent research company specialising in the new build and construction sector, are based entirely on customer satisfaction levels from purchasers who completed on their new home in 2023.
