Have an existing home to sell?

You can reserve a new home at Faversham or Sutton Valence in five easy steps

Step one: Choose your preferred Fernham home. We will agree on reservation terms and price, subject to valuations. At this stage, we will also confirm timeframes for the hold period, exchange and completion.

Step two: We will arrange valuations of your current home with one of our panel estate agents.

Step three: Once the valuations have been received, reviewed, and agreed upon by both you and us, you will be eligible to sign up for the Reserve Before You Sell scheme.

Step four: We will agree on the marketing price for your home and confirm our contribution towards the estate agent’s fee. You will then pay a £1,000 reservation fee to hold your chosen Fernham home for four weeks, allowing time to secure a sale on your existing property.

Step five: Once you have agreed on a sale for your current home, you will complete the full reservation paperwork for your new Fernham home and proceed under our standard reservation terms and conditions.

Fernham Homes will contribute toward your estate agent fee, with the amount confirmed as part of Step Four. The contribution will vary depending on your chosen estate agent and the value of your home.

Once you have been confirmed as eligible for the Reserve Before You Sell scheme, you will have four weeks to secure an offer on your existing home and proceed to full reservation.

Your chosen Fernham home will be held for four weeks from the date your eligibility is confirmed.

A £1,000 reservation fee is required to hold your chosen Fernham home. This is fully refundable if you do not reach step five and proceed to a full reservation. Once full reservation is completed, our standard cancellation fees apply.

If your current property is not under offer within four weeks, we reserve the right to remarket the property.

All incentive terms must be agreed upon at the point of reservation. This scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, incentives, or schemes.

The estimated completion date of your new Fernham home will be reviewed at the point of reservation.

In some cases, subject to availability, the hold period can be reduced or extended from four weeks at our discretion. This will be discussed with you prior to finalising the Reserve Before You Sell reservation.
