You can reserve a new home at West Malling, Fawkham or Sissinghurst in five easy steps

Step one: Find the home at West Malling, Fawkham or Sissinghurst you wish to secure.

Step two: Hamptons (for West Malling), Wards (for Fawkham), Lambert & Foster (for Sissinghurst), or their appointed agent, will complete a valuation of your property.

Step three: On agreement of the above marketing price for your current home, you will pay a reservation fee and we will take your preferred home off the market, for a total of 5 weeks.

Step four: Your current property must be under offer within 5 weeks.

Step five: You complete full reservation paperwork for your new home.

From the point your offer is agreed you will have 5 weeks to be under offer and progressing to a full reservation. This allows for a 1 week valuation stage, whereby Hamptons, Wards, Lambert & Foster or their appointed estate agent (location dependant) will be instructed to make contact with you to book in your valuation. The remaining 4 weeks allow for your existing property to be a live listing with the nominated estate agent, with the view to be under offer as per the 5 week hold period.

Your property of choice will be held for a total of 5 weeks from your offer being agreed.

Reservation fees are as follow, this is fully refundable in the event you do not proceed to a full reservation (from point of full reservation, our standard cancellation fees apply):

• Up to £500,000 – £1,000
• Over £500,000 – £2,000

If your current property is not under offer within 5 weeks we have the right to remarket the property.

All terms for incentives must be agreed at point of reservation. Not in conjunction with any other offers/ incentives/ schemes.

This will form part of your legal agreement. To be allowed for on completion.
